Missouri Association of Fairs and Festivals

If you wish to submit an act to perform on the “Variety Showcase” stage at the 2024 Missouri Association of Fairs Convention please complete this form by December 26, 2023.

Performances will be held the afternoons of Friday February 2 and Saturday February 3.
A $25 fee is payable for each act you submit - only one act may be submitted with each use of this form.
The participation fee will be returned if your act is not accepted for any reason.
Paid MoFairs membership must be current at the time of request submission.
Each act must be represented in either a trade show booth or a hotel display / hospitality room.

Showcase to feature Variety Entertainment versus full cover bands

Variety acts with multiple members such as prop holders, stage assistants, and other troupe members are acceptable.
Musical acts may include featured artist and one (1) accompaniment.

Each act will receive 5 minutes set up time. If more time is needed please advise when showcase request is submitted.
Each act will be allowed 18 minutes to perform.
Stage will be 12 x 16 (approximately) with production provided
Order of performance will be assigned by showcase producers

Badges

Complimentary entertainer badges will be provided to the acts performers and support staff if names are included with request. The badge will be necessary for admittance to trade show and other areas. It does not include admittance to evening showcase and banquet area without additional ticket purchase. Last minute name badges will be assessed a $10.00 per badge fee.
